How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed before 12noon on a working day (Mon - Fri) are dispatched that day. Orders placed after 12noon will be dispatched on next working day.
Deliveries on the Island of Ireland take 1-2 working days to deliver, if placed before noon.
Please note: Orders places after 12 on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
We do not offer deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or on Bank Holidays. If for example, you place an order at 1pm on Friday of a bank holiday weekend, it will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free on the Island of Ireland for all orders over €60, There is a €5 charge for orders less than €60.

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and One4all gift cards. If you wish to purchase over the phone, we can facilitate this in either shop.
What if I need to return something?
If you need to return something, you can either post it back to us in Galway, H91EO82, or drop it into either of our shops. We offer a full refund or exchange on purchases, whichever is the most suitable. Goods must be returned within 30 days. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund you immediately. Please use the returns form to indicate what you require. If you do not have one you can print one here.
Is Kingsize Irish?
Yes, Kingsize is an Irish business. We have 2 shops, one in Galway and one in Dublin and an online shop www.kingsize.ie.
